Katie’s inspiration and style comes from a love of Pilates, core strengthening and huge influences from her extensive dance training. She is a former dancer & trained at Northern Ballet School. Following her performing career she created "The tutu Club" for little dancers and then trained and qualified in Pilates with FutreFit.

She loves functional movement and using your own body weight to keep you strong, healthy and ready for your everyday challenges. Her classes aim to create a stronger, leaner and lengthened physique, whilst infusing her knowledge into every beat of the amazing playlist that is handpicked for every class.

Katie is a Level 3 qualified Pilates instructor, has a Diploma in Dance and she has designed and written the Core Programme that she teaches. She is also a licensed Barre Eclipse instructor and LOVES what this training has bought to her mat!

Katie has a strong commitment to her on going teaching development.
